Freedom Wines is a shipper and wholesaler of premium wines, while Sogrape is a winery situated in Portugal beverages market.

Goodbye Global Beverages (TGBL) has declared plans to strip a 70% stake in its Chinese joint endeavor (JV), Zhejiang Tata Tea Extraction (ZTTECL).

Zhejiang Tea Group (ZTG) holds the leftover 30% stake in the JV, which was set up to lay out an assembling plant for moment tea and different items.

TGBL is a non-cocktails organization situated in India, while ZTG is a maker and exporter of green and dark tea.
