The states of Germany and Denmark have agreed to extend the limit of Bornholm Energy Island, a seaward wind center point in the Danish piece of the Baltic Ocean.

Bornholm Energy Island will supply sufficient clean energy to power almost 4.5 million homes in Germany while increasing the power exchange between the two nations.
